In this time-frame we will meet each other and discuss where you are in your life journey, and what are you looking for! We will interact and make a connection. Make sure you feel safe with me becoming your coach. This session is done using Zoom, FaceTime, or WhatsApp. In person session available upon request.

77 Minute Coaching Session
In this session you will start the journey for your spiritual and physical healing. We will take the time and steps to balance what you need. It will be the safe haven for you to unravel and let go of the unwanted weight in your life that is holding you back. You will be able to seek any intuitive guidance and Ayurvedic knowledge I have to offer.
This session is done using Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp with the option of meeting in person if you are in the OBX area.

60 Minute Reiki Session
Reiki energy healing
In this session you will be able to relax as you receive on hand contact energy work .The space provided will be infused with healing essential oils. I will use my hands and healing crystals to help remove stagnant blockages in the body/mind. While you get to drift away to a blissful state of relaxation. This 60 minute energy therapy is done while fully clothed.
